Events organized in collaboration with partners may have different refund policies. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
6.1 Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferable to another person up to 24 hours before the event. Transfer requests must be submitted via email with the new attendee's details.
6.2 Event Exchanges: You may exchange your ticket for another event of equal or higher value (paying the difference if applicable) up to 7 days before the original event date.
6.3 Name Changes: Name changes on tickets are allowed up to 48 hours before the event for security and check-in purposes.
7.1 Refund Processing: A processing fee of ₹50 may be deducted from refunds to cover administrative costs, except in cases where the refund is due to our error or event cancellation.
7.2 Payment Gateway Fees: Payment gateway fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your concern to our management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we reserve the right to modify or cancel events. In such cases, we will offer full refunds or credit for future events at your choice.
